Customer Service Hours
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm
Mobile App and Website available 24/7
Intake Process:
Visit agency website, download mobile app, or call the customer service number.
Program Fees:
The mobile app and online booking service are free. The cost of rides booked through the app/website vary depending on the ride length and transportation option chosen.
Languages:
English & Spanish. Translation services available.
Eligibility:
For everyone, resident or visitor, in Richland or Lexington counties
