*telephone or in-person crisis intervention (based on assessed needs)
*referral to the appropriate level of care (outpatient, inpatient, etc.)
*statewide assistance

Intake Process:
Call hotline if experiencing mental health crisis
Will be directed to a triage clinician based on geographic location
Based on situation, clinical screening will be provided one of the following ways:
*in person at the location of the crisis
*in person a community mental health center
*via phone
*via telehealth communication software

Residents of South Carolina who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
