Clients must provide picture ID, proof of address in Spartanburg County and documentation of income for all adults in the household. Income may include recent pay stubs, current Social Security letter, disability, unemployment etc.
Program Fees:
AccessHealth Spartanburg's physician partners treat our clients free of charge. There is a minimum $20 fee expected when clients recertify for the program after the 1st year.
