Self Regional Healthcare!€™s AccessHealth Lakelands program serves qualifying uninsured individuals in Greenwood, Abbeville, Edgefield, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry and Saluda. counties. Services include case management by certified Community Health Workers, establishment and coordination of care with a primary care home and assistance with other barriers to obtaining optimal health.
