You can qualify for a CLA lawyer if your household gross annual income is less than:
*$54,360 (single person)
*$73,240 (two-person household)
*$92,120 (three-person)
*$111,000 (four-person)


Agency does NOT provide assistance with criminal law

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Sliding scale fees based on income

CLA charges $50-$100 per hour for legal representation, depending on income and household size.

              Agency offers: *eviction prevention assistance The goal of the program is to avoid having an eviction on record, which may disqualify one for many public assistance programs and may make it extremely difficult to find low income housing in the future.
