Monday - Friday - 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm

Intake Process:

Utility and Rent Assistance:
*call to set up an appointment
*Must be able to show a documented significant decrease in income or an EMERGENCY in the last 90 days. (Examples: loss of job, decreased work hours, medical emergency with paid bill receipts, other recent paid bills such as car expenses, death, proof of a gap between lost job and unemployment, etc.)
*gather necessary documents (refer to agency for full list)
*common documents include picture ID, Social Security cards for all members of household, proof of all household income, lease, utility bills or shutoff notice, proof of emergency

Food and Clothing Assistance:
*walk-ins welcome
*referral required for clothing assistance (caseworker, pastor, etc.)
*referral should include how many people in household

Medical equipment (if available in our Family Store) and glasses are by referral.

All appointments and resources are first come, first served for those who qualify and when resources are available.

Program Fees:

None; Youth programs accept ABC voucher

Eligibility:

Utility and Rent Assistance:
*must have a documented emergency or significant decrease in income in last 90 days
*must have some income to receive assistance (job, self-employed, disability, etc)
*for Rent: must be in at least 6-month lease (no month-to-month, no deposit assistance)

Furniture:
*Must have Red Cross referral letter and fire report

Other Programs:
Check with agency for eligibility.
