Eligibility:

Residents of Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Hampton, and Jasper Counties who meet low-income guidelines

For housing court, Charleston County residents with eviction notice from North Area 1, 2, 3 or West Ashley Magistrate Courts

**In vast majority of cases, to be eligible for services, household income may not exceed 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. In certain cases, some exceptions can be made if household income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Some grants allow agency to represent clients outside these financial limitations.**
