Agency provides:
*air conditioners to citizens 60 or older

Call to request application first. No applications available at distribution. No distribution is available without an appointment.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm

Intake Process:

Must call for application.
Applications being accepted ONLY if 60+years old

Call 843-226-7706 or mail application to PROJECT COOL BREEZE P.O. BOX 30576 CHARLESTON, SC 29417. to begin the process and information will be reviewed for approval.

Distributions begins mid June through early September. Distributions are typically scheduled on weekdays, 2-4pm.

Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria for aircon program
*must be 60 or older.
*must live in the counties of the Lowcountry
*must not have received an air conditioning unit in the past three years.
