Hours:

North Charleston Location:
*Clinic (primary care by appointment): Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00am-11:00am & 6:00pm-8:00pm
*Eye care: 2nd Saturday each month 9:00am-11:00am (maximum of 8 patients)
*Neurology (by appointment & referral): 3rd Saturday of each month 8:00am-12:00pm
*Dental Clinic: Every Monday at 6:00pm

West Ashley Location:
Primary Care - By Appointment, and Walk-In
Wednesdays must arrive by 6:00 pm to be seen

Intake Process:

Proof of ID, proof of address, and proof of income are needed

None

Languages:

Spanish and English

Eligibility:

*Must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
*Must live in North Charleston, Hanahan, Goose Creek, and West Ashley. (exception: neurology patients accepted from all over state of SC).
*Must not have any form of health insurance
*Must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household
