Eligibility:

Individuals with legal blindness (having a central visual acuity of 20/200 in the better eye with best corrective lens or a visual field of 20 degrees or less) or progressive eye disease

Individuals with a severe visual disability that will result in legal blindness also are eligible for services

Legal blindness must be verified by an acceptable eye examination
